I know I said that I would let others discuss the tragedy in New Orleans, but I wanted to share this link with you.
As you may know, Google now has a map service with satellite imagery.
Today they have posted satellite imagery of New Orleans after Katrina, here's a view of the Superdome
It's unbelievable that an ENTIRE city could be flooded in this day and age.
