I have decided that I will no longer give bad drivers "The Finger" instead they get a Thumbs Up, because they're so special!
I live in Ireland - I I was to give the finger to every bad driver over here I would always have my finger out!

You could give them the A-ok sign. Innocent enough here, but in Brazil is worse than the finger.
