No, not the type of culture you get from a doctor, real culture and not like the strip bar kind either.
Flo had the chance to go see an amazing production at the Steppenwolf Theater today with her friend "The Governor".
She ran into a couple of local actors and they insisted that they have their photos taken with Flo.
