Could you imagine living there? Regardless of where it is actually located that has got to be one of the most amazing real estate developments I've seen in ages.

The Palm is in the Emirates. I know he has plans to do the continents, too.
It definitely would be a nice place to spend the winter months!
Sorry, it's called The World and he's just started. I think I read somewhere that it was planned to be completed in 2009 or 2010.
That leaves you enough time to find a sugar daddy after all. ;-)
I've read that David and Victoria ("Posh Spice") Beckham have already bought a place there for a gazillion dollars. I've always felt that David was using Victoria as a cover-up. Maybe HE could be your sugar daddy.
Oh...and I feel qualified to talk about this...because I have a sugar MAMA!
