What a city we live in, 10 people were shot overnight in Chicago-3 dead. Such a waste of human life.

That's not good but Chicago has its share of bad neighborhood just like any big city.

There must be some inverse relationship with the weather and crime. As it gets hotter, more people are outside and thus they go crazy from having been inside from such a long cold winter.

ML, be careful out there!
