I definitely prefer the "after" one since I've never really been fond of living turkeys.
We will be eating our Thanksgiving dinner at somebody's house this Sunday, but I'm going to be making some turkey cutlets this Thursday night for me and Mrs. TBF. Total weight of our Thanksgiving turkey? 280 grams. That comes out to something like 10 oz. total for the two of us. I guess that's pretty lame!
After, especially as George does an excellent job cooking it! We will have 9 people at the table so our turkey weighs 20 lbs.
I can't wait!!!!!!
