Check out this really cool program called AutoStitch
When I had to make panoramas before you had to line up the pictures in order, blah blah blah, all you do with this one is load the pictures and it automatically figures out the order (even if the pictures were taken out of order).

You know I like sticher 3.1 from Realviz. Its hella complicated and hard to use but nice. You can even make 360 degree movie with it.
